Fenahall brings crafts of more than 10 countries



More than 10 countries will be represented in Fenahall, traditional craft fair held every year in the Chevrolet Hall in Olinda, Greater Recife. This year will be 220 ​​exhibitors. The event, which is in its ninth edition, begins this Friday (6) and continues until the 15th of this month.

The fair will run from Monday to Friday from 16h to 22h and on Saturdays and Sundays from 14h to 22h. Tickets cost £ 6 (full) and £ 3 (half), and will be on sale at Chevrolet Hall box office. The public expectation is over 100 000 people in 10 days of event.

The event has a structure of more than 7 million square feet, parking and food. For children, there will be a space intended for children with toys and recreational activities. This year, the investment is of R $ 600 thousand, $ 150 thousand more than in 2011.

Almost all Brazilian states will attend the fair. Representing Pernambuco, artisans come from municipalities as Tracunhaém, Fishing, Calves, Petrolândia, Past and Tacaratu. Among the international exhibitors, the highlight goes to the Asian culture, which will feature booths from India, Turkey, Syria, Thailand, Indonesia, and Pakistan and Japan

MUSIC - During all the days of the fair, there will be performances of bands frevo and maracatu groups. The music program also includes concerts with Mel grass, Almir Rouche, Rivers Band, and David Luiz Neto, bands like the old days, Excess Baggage, Friends Sertanejos, Santropê and Los Cubanos.
