Chico Anysio is honored by cartoonists in Sao Paulo

The actor, writer and humorist Anysio Chico, who died last March 23, will be honored with the art show Flash Anysio Chico Expo, which begins today, from 10am, in an event hall Shopping SP Market in Sao Paulo / SP.
Picturing the artist and its more than 200 characters in cartoons, caricatures and illustrations diverse, the exhibition presents the work of cartoonists following: Alan Souto Maior, Rosemary, Alpine, Amarildo, Amorim, Ariel, Aroeira Baptistão, Bruno Honda, Cao Cruz Alves , Cárcamo, Cassio Manga, Cisko said Claudio Moura, Cris Carnelós, Paione Daniel, Daniel Marques, Dao, De Pieri, Eder Santos, Elihu, Elielson Jesus, Stephen Reddy, Fernandes, Fraga, Gilmar, Glen Batoca, William Banner, JAL , J. Bosco, Jorge Barreto, Josu Barroso, Julinho Hinterland, Julio Cesar de Magalhaes, Junião, Lopes Junior, Wolf, Wolf Lord, Luke Leibholz, Marcelo de Oliveira Souza Filho, Marcio Diemer, Marco Souza, Miguel Torres Moacir Monica Fuchshuber, Morettini Nelson Santos, Paffaro, Paolo Lombardi, Quinho, Ricardo Soares, Rodrigo Mota, Rodrigo Schiavoni, Rubens Junior, Samuca and Silvino, Seri, Stegun, James Gomes, Tonho, Toni D'Augustine, Lao Vencys, Venes Caetano, Vicente Bernabeu, Waldez, and William Zappa.
The exhibition is free entry and will continue until next April 30, always from 10h to 22h.
The event adds one more item in the list of Chico Anysio relations with the graphic arts, and especially the comics.
Always present - embodying some of his characters or himself - in cartoons and caricatures from newspapers and magazines, he also starred in an animated version for the opening of its program on Globo TV in the 1970s.
In the same decade, was the protagonist of the comic was particularly Xixo an astronaut?, Publisher Harpam, and saw his character Curd Cup soccer star, comic book released by RGE on the eve of World Cup 1978.
The Disney comics also paid tribute to the comedian in a story drawn by Joe Carioca Renato Canini, in the 1970s.
